Luxury Boutique room

Each of Nilaya’s rooms are uniquely designed and named after elements of nature . All rooms have Terrazzo flooring which is a subtle mixture of marble powder, natural pigments and marble chips. The king -size beds measure 8x7 feet and the size of the room is an average of minimum 600 square ft.(some are much bigger)The decorative elements as well as the furniture are all individually handpicked by the owners and are mostly of Indian origin (lots of unique antique pieces). All rooms are equipped with iron and hair dryer.

Suite room

With rooms designed for tranquility and comfort, suite rooms are beautifully designed and offer lots of antique pieces included in its décor. Large, airy rooms with oversized beds provide a feeling of luxury. While overlooking the resort greenery guests are often delighted with a morning call from the peacocks that visit often. All rooms are equipped with iron and hair dryer.

Luxury Tents (seasonal operations)

The luxury tents are built for that Arabian Bedouin feeling, right in the middle of the greenest surrounding ever. Large size tents that accommodate a living space, dining area, bedroom and bathroom, these are wonderful to add an adventurous note to your holiday.  Rooms are equipped with all modern amenities for maximum comfort.
