The rajputana Sheraton at Jaipur and the Jaypee Palace were excellent but The Park in Delhi, wasn't in the same level, the public spaces like corridor were dirty.
Excellent experience guided and suggested by an excellent tour conductor. Thanks a lot.

My wife and I just returned from an intensive trip to India. The trip plan was very tight to start with, and the events in Mumbai on the 26th added an extra complexity as we needed to make some real time adjustments.

Nevertheless, the trip was executed as planned and along all the way we had a very warm feeling of 'been taken care of' by the Big Sister, Ms Monika Singh. Monika was available 24h, warm, prompt and efficient. Like a Lighthouse…

In addition, we found your team members, such as Mr Amit from the Mumbai office, and Sandeep, our driver in Delhi, very supportive, cooperative, prompt, and warm.

We would like to thank you for making our visit to India a lifetime experience.

I was visiting India with Terral Viajes and your company, Caper, from 11 till 19 July and I am writing to thank your company for everything you did for us.

We had a great time and enjoyed the trip immensely and that was thanks to the people from your company who took care of us. the representatives, the guides and the drivers. I would like to mention two of the drivers especially since we spent quite a long time with them: Hanuman (sorry, I don´t remember the surnames) who took us from Delhi to Jaipur and then to Agra, and Hanif, who was with us from Gwalior to Orcha and then to Kharujaho. Both of them were really kind, helpful and the car was spick and span every morning (and it ended up quite dirty some evenings because of the dust on the roads and the rain). Please, thank every body in the agency from us. You have certainly helped to make this trip an unforgettable one.

I hope you are well. I am just writing to let you know that we arrived in England on Sunday from our tripe although we were delayed in Delhi for 9 hours due to the fog, anyway we are home now and knee high in snow, so the weather is quiet different here.

I just wanted to email you to say a big thank you for such tremendous work that you did on organising our trip.  It was our 25th Wedding anniversary that we had come out to celebrate and it made it so much special that we got an excellent service from Caper, your representative, drivers, Tour guides, and everyone else that was involved.  I am very difficult to please but your service was excellent that i recommended you to some americans that we were sent next to us on the flight back, and my solicitor is thinking of doing the trip in the next year or so, so once again I have recommended Caper, and no doubt I will be recommedning you further.

So once again, please pass on our thanks to one and all, and tell them that my first visit to India was made very memorable thanks to them, and that our anniversary was made extra special.
