Nadi Swedana

Marma Chikitsa
It is a kind of Ayurvedic Acupressure or Energy Point Therapy. Marma points are the bridge between physical body and its subtle energy pathways, known as nadis. Shila Abhyanga
It can be simplified as Ayurvedic Hot Stone Massage. The therapy is used to enhance healing and longevity. The session involves a deep relaxing massage with the use of Ayurvedic herbal oils and with the application of water-heated basalt stones of different sizes. The benefits include stimulating the circulatory system, releasing toxins and relieving pain.
Shiro Abhyanga with Nasya
Known as the Ayurvedic Head Massage & Nasal Therapy, it is basically a blend of Ayurvedic head massage with nasal administration of herbal oil. Nabhi Basti or Chakra Basti

Netra Basti

Pinda Sweda or Swedana
This is an Ayurvedic Therapy to Restore Strength and Vigor. It includes scrubbing warm blouses (prepared with herbs and grains) over your full body using specific strokes. It enhances blood circulation and muscle tone. Done in a series, it is used for several neurological disorders and promotes vitality and longevity.
Kati Basti
This is called as the Lumbo-Sacral Rejuvenation Therapy. A localized treatment for relieving the lower back, it also pacifies the sites of Vata and relieve pain, soreness and tension in that area. Made out of dough, a dam is placed on the lumbo-sacral area with lukewarm medicated oil.
Hrud or Uro Basti
This therapy is better known as Ayurvedic Heart Support Therapy. Focusing on the area over the heart, it is helpful in nourishing and strengthening heart functions. A dam is placed over the heart and filled with lukewarm medicated oil or ghee to regulate the heart functioning.
Colour Therapy
