India and COVID-19 an Update - I

Dear Valued Partner,

For over many years, we have been partners; to make us part of your everyday lives and to experience true Indian hospitality. There’s no greater joy for us than to serve you. However, the Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in a seismic shift in our lives and is affecting our loved ones, the businesses we work with and the way we live our lives. These are truly unprecedented times that demand us all to steer through unique challenges every day. As we do so, I am writing to assure you that Caper Group is here for you and that your favourite DMC will resume its services as soon as possible. Our bond with you makes me confident that we are in this together.

As you are aware, we have temporarily suspended our operations until 08-June-20, following directives from the Government of India. We are hopeful that normalcy starts to return to all our lives by then. As this is an evolving situation, we will continue to collaborate with the government authorities to work on the next steps. Meanwhile, I assure you that your bookings with us, if any during this period as well as those made for the future are absolutely safe with us.
Due to the timely measure taken by Government of India, spread of Coronavirus has been curtailed to a large extent. Our doctors are working day and night and have successfully cured many patients. I am sure, the steps that are being imposed on us will be successful and our country will come out of this situation very soon.

Our people are our biggest assets, and supporting them in these times of crisis is equally important. We are doing our best to protect the physical and mental well-being of our employees, for them to take care of themselves and also support our customers. Most of my colleagues are working remotely at this time, We applaud their spirits and we will continue to look after them.
