India and COVID-19 an Update - IV

Although the Covid cases in India is approaching towards 3.5 lakhs mark and placed it to 4th position in world’s list of Civid-19 cases but the best thing is the recovery rate. India has itself in the list of countries who have more of recovered people than the affected one.

It?s very much evident from the above charts that India is further improving towards normalcy more of recovered people and even lesser the fatality rate, which has further decreased to merely around 3% of total affected people.

It?s not very far when India will attain the situation like many other countries who have achieved the flatten curve and daily new cases are lowering day by day with increase in recovery.

As India is at the mid of UNLOCK 1.0, most of the establishments are already open and are strictly following the guidelines issued by the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare like using of mask is compulsory while going out, maintaining the Social distance, People above age of 65 years and child below 10 years, people with chronic diseases and pregnant women are advised to stay at home.

All hotels and other hospitality units must take suitable measures to restrict any further transmission of COVID-19 while providing accommodation and other tourist services. The SOP aims to minimize all possible physical contacts between Staff and Guests and maintain social distancing and other preventive and safety measures against COVID-19
