Terekhol Fort

This is the beautiful historical fort lying on the northern tip of Goa and surrounded by a river. It was built by the Portuguese for defense purpose in 1746. Apart from the beautiful architecture, this fort is renowned for a St. Anthony's church. It was constructed right at the center of the fort above the hilltop. The fort has also served as a base for the freedom struggle of Goa in year 1961. This beautiful and historic fort has now been turned into a small luxury hotel which provides royal experience to tourists during their stay in this fort.

Freshwater Lake

It is a serene and peaceful lake which lures tourist due to its therapeutic values and medicinal properties. This freshwater lake is fed by a small stream and the sulfurous mud. Arambol Beach
